At BuyMaal, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item is damaged or defective upon arrival.
  • You received the wrong product.
  • The product is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products that have been used or damaged by the customer.
  • Products without original packaging or accessories.
  • Clearance, sale, or promotional items (unless damaged or defective).
  • Items damaged due to improper handling after delivery.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • You will be notified about the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method where applicable. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed via bank transfer or another agreed method.

Exchange Policy

We gladly replace products if they are:

  • Defective
  • Damaged during shipping
  • Incorrectly delivered

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with clear photos of the product and packaging.

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong, damaged, or defective item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
  • If the return is for any other eligible reason, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must follow our return process.

  • Full Name
  • Reason for Return
  • Photos (if the item is damaged or incorrect)
